Hello! Welcome to the Weekend Warrior!
My name is Josh, I work full time in Carpentry and I love health and fitness. I have been working out since I was a freshman in high school , and I have been really immersing myself in the healthy lifestyle (proper nutrition) since around the age of 22 (I am 33 years old as of this writing).
I’m an ordinary, hard working guy striving for extraordinary results! This is why I chose “The Weekend Warrior” as my blog theme. I’m not a bodybuilding competitor, fitness model, actor, etc… I simply live the active, healthy lifestyle because I love it! I’ve been able to achieve a level of knowledge and experience that I want to share with others, so that they can live their best fit and healthy lives as well.
In each blog I will share a little bit about myself and my fitness journey. I’ll provide workout, nutrition and overall lifestyle ideas and suggestions that you can implement into your own life. And speak to me! I would love to hear your feedback, and how your fitness journeys are going.
